What are the shipping costs?:

When will I receive my order?:
We ship the goods within 2-5 business days.
Delivery time is estimated at approximately 7-15 business days* for high volumes and holidays.
Where do you ship from?:
With the aim of focusing on the international market and offering delivery from warehouses located outside the EU, this enables fast delivery solutions no matter where you live.
Can I make a change to my order?
We can change your order if the package has not been shipped. If you have received the tracking number by email, it is too late to make changes as the package is already on its way to you.
Tracking for every order!
We offer tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product has been shipped. Please check your spam.
What happens to lost or undelivered packages?:
If you have a package that has not been received after the estimated time, please use the "track my order" feature and then wait for the additional days when the package is likely on its way.
For return/refund policies:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form here (or via "contact us" under the menu button). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping back to us.
