REFUND/CANCEL RIGHT

We have a 14-day open purchase, which means you have 14 days to request a

money back*.


You need a receipt and/or other type of proof that you purchased the product from us.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Some types of items cannot be returned, such as items that are somewhat priceless (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the original payment method.

Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. 2 years of receivables.
